At Digital Power, data collection goes beyond implementing tags. As a Medior Technical Web Analyst, you ensure that data is structured, reliable and usable, while learning how data maturity impacts analytics, personalisation, activation and AI use cases.

You work hands-on with tracking implementations, data layers and quality assurance, and you grow towards a broader end-to-end and advisory role. You collaborate closely with analysts, engineers and business stakeholders, translating business questions into scalable tracking solutions.

You also play an important role in making data understandable for systems and AI, through consistent naming, metadata, definitions and governance-friendly structures.

Alongside client work, you are part of Digital Power’s in-house analytics community, where learning, knowledge sharing and ownership are central.

What you will do

You will:

Implement and configure tracking using tag management systems (GTM, Tealium, Adobe)

Design, improve and maintain data layers and event structures

Debug and validate implementations using browser tools and QA processes

Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across platforms

Build scalable and reusable tracking setups, not one-off fixes

Translate business requirements into clear tracking solutions

Collaborate with analysts, engineers and business stakeholders

Make data understandable for systems and AI through metadata, definitions and consistent naming

Use tooling, including AI where relevant, to improve efficiency and quality

Gradually take more ownership in solution design, stakeholder communication and mentoring

About you

Required experience

2-5 years of experience in digital analytics or tracking

Experience with a tag management system (GTM, Tealium or Adobe Launch)

Experience with JavaScript, including debugging and understanding implementations

Experience with data layers and event-driven tracking

Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics

Experience with debugging tools such as Chrome DevTools and network requests

Understanding of privacy and consent frameworks, including GDPR

Nice to have

Experience with server-side tracking or modern data collection architectures

Experience with CDPs, DMPs or data integrations

Familiarity with data warehouses such as BigQuery or Databricks and basic SQL

Experience in complex environments with multiple domains or stakeholders

Interest in how data supports experimentation, personalisation and activation

Experience with tools such as Piano Analytics or Piwik

What does your day look like as a Technical Web Analyst at Digital Power?

You start the day reviewing recent tracking changes for a client and validating data quality using browser tools. After a stand-up with your team, you work on improving an event structure to make it more scalable and suitable for future AI-driven use cases such as personalisation.

Later, you join a session with a client to translate a new business question into a clear tracking solution. In the afternoon, you collaborate with an analyst and engineer to ensure data flows correctly downstream. You might wrap up by documenting metadata or experimenting with AI tools to speed up validation or QA work.

Where you work each week is a combination of being on-site at the client's premises, working from home, and, of course, at one of our offices in Amsterdam and Den Bosch. We encourage traveling by public transport: it's sustainable, flexible and free for you, even on days you are not working. Is a (temporary) car more convenient for you? In consultation, many options are possible.
