A job as a Senior Technical Web Analyst at Digital Power
As a Senior Technical Web Analyst at Digital Power, you design and manage data collection solutions that go beyond basic tracking. You help organisations measure, understand, and turn data into action that strengthens decision-making.
You are responsible for the structure, validation, and activation of data across the entire chain, working on complex challenges at the intersection of analytics, marketing, technology, and privacy. In doing so, you enable personalisation, experimentation, and AI-driven decision-making.
You work closely with clients and colleagues, mentor junior and mid-level consultants, and contribute to improving standards, tooling, and ways of working within Digital Power.
We also have an opening for a medior Technical Web Analyst.
What you will do
You will:
Design and implement scalable tracking architectures, both client-side and server-side
Define reusable, governance-friendly and AI-ready data layers and event models
Improve data maturity across tracking, identity, consent and activation
Ensure data quality, validation and long-term maintainability
Implement privacy-compliant tracking, including GDPR and CMP integrations
Identify where data structures enable or block AI use cases
Translate business needs into measurement strategies and tracking roadmaps
Connect technical implementations to clear business outcomes
Advise stakeholders across analytics, marketing and engineering
Integrate data with downstream systems such as CDPs, data warehouses and activation platforms
Mentor and guide junior and medior colleagues
Improve tooling, methodologies and knowledge sharing within Digital Power
Operate with a system-level view across data collection, processing and activation
Connect data collection to marketing effectiveness and audience building
Proactively identify risks, gaps and limitations in data setups

What does your day look like as a Technical Web Analyst at Digital Power?
Your day starts with advising a client on redesigning their tracking architecture to support AI-driven personalisation. You review data structures, consent flows and downstream integrations, identifying risks and opportunities.
Later, you mentor a medior colleague on structuring an event model and join a stakeholder session to align tracking with business goals. Before wrapping up, you contribute to improving internal tooling or documentation that enhances data quality across projects.
At the end of the day, you finish a bit earlier to go cycling. Tomorrow, you start earlier at the client’s site to avoid traffic, with the flexibility to finish earlier in the afternoon. As long as you communicate clearly and remain available to clients and colleagues, you’re free to organise your time.
Where you work each week is a mix of being on-site at client locations, working from home, and spending time at one of our offices in Amsterdam or Den Bosch.
Organise your working week in a way that suits you. As long as you deliver excellent work, your clients are satisfied, and your colleagues can rely on you, we’re proud to have you on the team!
