Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Key Account Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with hospitals and institutional clients. The role involves driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and executing strategic sales plans to enhance market presence.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with key hospital and institutional clients for Kriam Pharma’s product portfolio. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach. Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commercial agreements with key accounts. Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of revenue targets. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for seamless execution. Analyze sales data and customer insights to drive data-based decision making. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and account performance updates to management. Experience &
Requirements: Qualification- B.Pharma/ M/Pharma or Related field 3-5 years of experience as a Key Account Executive in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong understanding of institutional sales, hospital procurement systems, and account management. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical mindset with ability to develop data-driven strategies. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
