  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in the BFSI industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities, identifying and resolving issues.
