Application Engineer

Role : AspenTech Application Engineer

Experience : 6 - 8 Years

Location : Pick any of the following Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Gurugram, Faridabad, Coimbatore, Kochi, Noida

Mandatory :

- AspenTech InfoPlus.21 (IP21) configuration and historian data handling.

- Aspen ONE Process Explorer dashboard development.

- Aspen IP21 and Aspen Plus.

- SQL or historian query experience for data extraction and validation.

- Manufacturing KPI calculation and reporting experience.

- Basic understanding of OT systems, historian tags, and industrial data flows.

- Testing, defect management, and technical documentation.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to pharma or process manufacturing operations.

- SCADA, PCS, or MES integration awareness.

- Power BI or other visualization platform exposure.

- Basic scripting for data checks or automation.

- Experience supporting go-live and hypercare for industrial applications.

Candidate Profile :

- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in AspenTech application engineering or related industrial application environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with IP21 configuration and Aspen ONE Process Explorer.

- Good understanding of industrial data, historian systems, and manufacturing KPIs.

- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and documentation skills.

- Ability to work with onsite leads and technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Automation, Manufacturing Systems, or a related discipline.
