Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in BPM or a similar process-focused role.
Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Strong analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
Proficiency in using training tools and platforms for content creation and delivery.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies is an asset.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
