- Досвід роботи на позиції рекрутера від 1 року (бажано у великих компаніях або державному секторі)
- Впевнене володіння ATS, LinkedIn, Jira
- Навички проведення інтерв’ю за компетенціями, роботи з профілями кандидатів
- Високий рівень комунікації, емпатії та відповідальності
- Проактивність, організованість, здатність працювати у швидкому темпі
- Досвід роботи у державних органах влади
- Навички research / executive search
- Участь у побудові бренду роботодавця або створенні внутрішніх рекрутинг-процесів
- Розуміння основ HR-маркетингу та сучасних трендів у рекрутингу
