  • ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเชิงเทคนิคอย่างถูกต้อง รวดเร็ว และเป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดของ (SLA)
  • ประสานงานกับทีมงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ทีม Developer หรือ Infrastructure สำหรับปัญหาทางเทคนิคที่ซับซ้อน
  • ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำการใช้งานระบบ (User Guidance) และสื่อสารวิธีการใช้งานแก่ลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
  • สถานที่ทำงาน :  ประจำหน้างานเป็นหลัก : คลอง 6 ธัญบุรี จังหวัดปทุมธานี

Qualifications

  • อายุ  25 -30  ปี 
  • ระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์, วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง 
  • มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบคอมพิวเตอร์, Network, Server หรือระบบปฏิบัติการ (OS) (หากมีประสบการณ์ในการทำโครงงานหรือโครงงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) 
  • มีประสบการณ์เรื่องการ config swich cisco ,  huawei จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  • มีใจรักในงานบริการ (Service Mind) มีความอดทน และมีทักษะการสื่อสารรวมถึงการประสานงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพ 
  • มีทักษะในการถ่ายทอดและอธิบายข้อมูลเชิงเทคนิคที่มีความซับซ้อน ให้เข้าใจได้ง่ายและชัดเจน 
  • มีความกระตือรือร้น มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี พร้อมเรียนรู้นวัตกรรมและระบบการทำงานใหม่ ๆ อย่างต่อเนื่อง
  • สามารถปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ ไปตามหน้างานในพื้นที่ต่างๆได้
  • มีรถมอเตอร์ไซต์ หรือ รถยนต์ส่วนตัว พร้อมใบขับขี่
