We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer who enjoys solving operational problems through software. In this role, you will work closely with different teams to understand their workflows, eliminate repetitive tasks, and build internal tools and automations using modern AI-assisted development.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited about combining programming, AI, APIs, and workflow automation to make people more productive.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement automations for internal business processes.
• Build integrations between platforms such as Jira, Kissflow, Google Workspace, Slack, and internal services.
• Develop lightweight internal tools using Python and modern AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Consume REST APIs to connect systems and automate data flows.
• Work with different departments to understand operational challenges and translate them into reliable technical solutions.
• Rapidly prototype new ideas and continuously improve existing workflows.
• Maintain clear documentation for the systems and automations you build.
• Continuously explore how AI can simplify repetitive work across the organization.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Current student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Comfortable writing code in Python.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Basic understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Linux and command-line tools.
• Experience using AI coding assistants such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with non-technical teams.
• Eligibility to work in Iran.

Nice to Have

• Experience with workflow automation platforms such as Jira Automation, Kissflow, n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience deploying small applications using Docker.
• Has personal or academic projects involving automation or AI.
• Understanding of authentication methods such as OAuth, API Keys, and SSO.
