Vos missions

  • Réaliser une veille active sur les réseaux : (actualités, environnement, concurrents, remarques de clients et prospects)
  • Création de contenus et mise en ligne des animations e-commerce sur l’ensemble des réseaux sociaux : visuels, textes de présentation, jeux concours (outils : CANVA)
  • Établir des plannings afin de planifier les post en amont
  • Suivi et analyse des statistiques
  • Prospection de nouveaux clients via les moyens de communication digitaux-Interagir avec la communauté en répondant aux messages, commentaires et conversations
  • Préparation et rédaction de campagnes promotionnelles
  • Création de stratégie d’influence et contact avec les influenceurs
