This is a senior, commercially focused role responsible for generating new business opportunities with brands and agencies, securing briefs and developing partnerships built for YouTube, social and the wider digital content landscape.

You’ll combine proactive business development with a strong understanding of content, creators and platforms - identifying where brands can play authentically in entertainment and translating those opportunities into compelling commercial propositions.

A key part of the role will be unlocking digital-first branded entertainment opportunities outside of our existing IP, positioning Fremantle as a creative, production (working closely with the Head of Digital Production) and distribution partner for brands to build new, ownable IP ecosystems.

You’ll also work closely with the wider Digital & Branded team, including partnering with our other Senior Partnerships Manager to develop and deliver digital growth in commercial partnerships around some of Fremantle’s best-known shows and brands, including Britain’s Got Talent, Grand Designs and more.

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of an important growth area within one of the world’s leading creative businesses.

Here you will get to:

  • Drive growth in digital-first branded entertainment, identifying and sourcing new commercial opportunities through proactive outreach to brands, agencies and other potential partners.
  • Build and manage a strong new-business pipeline, developing relationships with senior decision-makers and turning conversations into tangible opportunities and briefs.
  • Secure briefs for branded entertainment opportunities, establishing Fremantle as a go-to creative partner for brands looking to reach audiences through digital-first entertainment.
  • Lead conversations with brands and agencies, confidently representing Fremantle’s creative and commercial capabilities and identifying opportunities where we can add value.
  • Develop compelling propositions and pitches, working with creative, production and commercial colleagues to turn opportunities into distinctive, sellable ideas.
  • Assess Fremantle’s existing IP catalogue to identify opportunities for digital-first content concepts tailored to brand integration, creator collaboration and platform-specific audiences.
  • Build commercial models around opportunities, working at pace to understand budgets, scope partnerships and shape commercially viable propositions.
  • Bring together the right internal expertise across creative, production, digital, commercial and talent teams to respond effectively to opportunities.
  • Collaborate across the Digital & Branded team, including working with the Senior Partnerships Manager on partnerships connected to major Fremantle shows and franchises.
  • Stay close to the evolving digital landscape, identifying emerging platforms, creators, formats, audience behaviours and brand trends that could unlock new opportunities for Fremantle.
  • Champion digital-first branded entertainment internally, helping shape how Fremantle develops its proposition and capabilities in this growing area.

We’re looking for:

  • Significant experience in brand partnerships, commercial partnerships or business development, with a strong track record of generating new business and driving growth.
  • Experience in branded entertainment, content partnerships or creator-led marketing would be particularly valuable.
  • An established network across brands and agencies, alongside the confidence and energy to proactively build new relationships.
  • Strong commercial instincts and the ability to identify an opportunity, shape a proposition and move it towards a deal.
  • Excellent pitching and storytelling skills, with experience developing persuasive pitch materials and presenting ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to build commercial models on the fly, balancing creative ambition with budgets, deliverables and commercial realities.
  • Genuine fluency in YouTube, social platforms and the creator economy, with a strong understanding of how audiences consume and engage with digital content.
  • A good understanding of content development and production, including what it takes to move an idea from pitch through to delivery.
  • The ability to think both creatively and commercially, spotting where brands, audiences, creators and Fremantle IP can come together in interesting ways.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial approach and a willingness to own and grow a relatively new area of opportunity within an established global creative business.
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, production and commercial teams.
  • Curiosity, ambition and enthusiasm for the future of entertainment, branded content and digital media.

Our benefits include generous company pension, summer Fridays, audience tickets, employee assistance program, access to free courses and training, EV scheme, cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and volunteer days.
