As a QA Engineer, you'll be the quality advocate within your team, helping shape testing practices, drive automation efforts, and ensure that reliable software is delivered with confidence. You'll work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and fellow engineers to build quality into every stage of the delivery process.

• Own and continuouslyimprovethe team'stestingapproachfor ouriOS and Android apps, becomingthe go-to personfor testingtopicsin an agile environment. 
• Ensuretestreadinessacrossinfrastructure, devices, simulators/emulators, environments, and testdatato enablesmooth and reliable execution. 
• Design, implement, and expandautomatedtestcoveragefor ourmobile apps, includingUI, integration, and end-to-end testing, as wellas the underlyingAPI integrations. 
• Collaboratecloselywithdevelopersand productstakeholdersto identifyrisks, clarifyrequirements, and preventdefectsearlyin the developmentlifecycle. 
• Analyze testfailuresand defects, support root-causeanalysis, and identifyrecurringqualityissuesand opportunitiesfor continuousimprovement. 
• Share regulartestinginsights, results, and qualitymetricswithstakeholders, supportinginformedrelease decisions. 
• Contributeto ContinuousTestingand ContinuousDeliverypractices, helpingthe teamimprovequalitywhilemaintainingdeliveryspeed.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [

• Experience in softwarequalityassuranceand testautomationfor mobileapplications, witha strong understandingof softwaretestingprinciples, testdesign techniques, and risk-basedtesting. 
• Hands-on experiencewithnative mobile testautomationframeworkssuch as XCUITestand/orEspresso, includingdifferent testinglevelsand approachessuch as UI, integration, and end-to-end testing. 
• ProgrammingexperiencewithSwift, Kotlin, orcomparabletechnologies, withan interestin continuouslyimprovingtestingpracticesand automationcoverage. 
• Familiaritywithtestingon real devicesand simulators/emulators, API validationand mocking, testenvironments, and testdatamanagement. 
• Experience withoneormoreof the followingisa plus: XCUITest, Espresso, devicefarms, mobile CI/CD pipelines, Jira Xray, GitLab. 
• A collaborativeand proactiveapproachto problem-solving, withthe abilityto communicateeffectivelyin cross-functionalenvironments. 
• Fluency in English.
