• You shape the product overview and entry points to product details on the web and in the app so customers can easily find relevant offers, learn more about them and take the next steps directly.
• Youprioritizerequirementstransparentlyand basedon theirexpectedimpact, translatingthemintocleartasksfor yourfull-stackteam.
• Youguide productideasfromdiscoverythroughimplementation, workingcloselywithEngineering, Design and Research.
• Togetherwiththe CRM team, youfurtherdeveloppersonalized, cross-channelcommunicationsthatreachcustomersin waysthatarerelevant to theirsituation.
• YoucoordinatewithSales and Communications, clarifygoalsand requirements, and keepstakeholdersinformed.
• Youmeasurethe impactof productenhancementsusingrelevant metrics, customerfeedbackand research, and useyourfindingsto drivefurtherimprovements.

{ following_qualifications_would_be_in_line_with_our_desired_profile_for_this_position: [  

• You have practical experience as a Product Owner or in digital product management, ideally in banking or another regulated environment.
• Youarefamiliarwithworkingin agile, cross-functionalteamsand canstructureand prioritizerequirementsclearly.
• Youconsistentlyputcustomersfirstand knowhowto balancetheirneedswiththe company’sgoals.
• Youhaveexperiencewithdigital frontendsand canconfidentlydiscusssolutionsand dependencieswithfrontend and backend developers.
• Youworkconsistentlywithhypothesesand data. Using web analyticsand othersuitablemethods, youmeasureand assessproductperformanceand deriveongoingimprovements.
• Youhaveverygood German (B2+) and goodEnglish skills. Youcommunicateclearly, facilitatediscussionsinvolvingdifferent perspectives, and workreliablywithstakeholdersand closelywithadjacentteams.
