About The Role

The role drives new business growth and strengthens existing client relationships within DKSH's Consumer Goods business in Cambodia, by engaging Health Care Professionals (HCPs) and elevating brand awareness for dedicated nutrition products. In this role, you will combine nutritional knowledge with sales expertise to build HCP confidence in dedicated products and maximize territory performance.

What You Will Deliver

• Contribute to the short-term and long-term growth of dedicated products within the assigned territory by raising awareness and building advocacy among Health Care Professionals (HCPs).
• Gain new business and grow existing business through a multichannel customer engagement strategy that builds HCP confidence in and loyalty to dedicated products
• Increase brand relevance and usage in healthcare institutions by sharing up-to-date nutrition information and product knowledge
• Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate saleable features and customer benefits to drive meaningful HCP engagement.
• Expand HCPs' knowledge of nutritional interventions and the measurable benefits of dedicated products, managing objections and securing clear commitment to product recommendations and brand-building activities
• Monitor daily sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales plans, reviewing daily activities to ensure overall business growth targets are met
• Drive new active outlet development to expand market presence across the assigned territory
• Manage day-to-day operating expenditures against budgets to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
• Call and visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, secure demonstrations, and develop quotation opportunities
• Execute continuous improvement activities across sales processes, tracking, and customer satisfaction to improve sales performance and strengthen relationship management
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery and support relationship development with key customersAdministrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a Medical-related discipline, Nursing, or Pharmacy is an advantage; candidates from related fields are equally welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are welcomed
• Knowledge of nutrition science is an advantage
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence and gain commitment from stakeholders
• Strong Health Care Professional (HCP) management and engagement skills
• Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to diverse stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain productive professional relationships
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
