Executive Marketing

About the Role

The Marketing Executive supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth for DKSH. This role contributes directly to commercial success by coordinating impactful campaigns, creating compelling content, and delivering well-executed events and trade marketing activities.

What You Will Deliver

• Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness and support business growth objectives
• Coordinate campaign schedules, budgets, and deliverables with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and on-budget execution
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare post-campaign reports with data-driven recommendations to optimize future initiatives
• Develop marketing materials in collaboration with brand managers, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, product sheets, and promotional contentPartner with designers and agencies to ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications
• Support copywriting and content development across various marketing channels to maintain a compelling and coherent brand voice
• Support the planning and execution of exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, webinars, and customer events to maximize stakeholder engagementCoordinate event logistics, promotional materials, and stakeholder communications to ensure seamless delivery
• Track event effectiveness and prepare comprehensive event reports to inform future planning
• Liaise with sales teams, principals, vendors, agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective execution of marketing activities in line with brand guidelines
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required

What You Bring

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• One to three years of relevant marketing experience preferred; fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across professional and marketing contexts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, or email marketing platforms will be advantageous
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive attitude
