Marketing Specialist

About The Role

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that strengthen healthcare product visibility and brand presence in Laos. In this role, you will connect commercial, medical, and product teams through impactful, compliant campaigns that directly advance DKSH's Healthcare business objectives.

What You Will Deliver

• Drive the development and implementation of marketing plans that support product launches, services, and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights to uncover growth opportunities and inform strategic direction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, and product to align marketing strategies and deliver unified business outcomes.
• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, events, and print to effectively reach and engage healthcare audiences.
• Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maximize return on investment and overall marketing effectiveness.
• Develop targeted content for healthcare audiences including doctors, clinics, and patients, producing materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content in full compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.
• Support medical education and awareness campaigns while upholding consistent brand identity across all materials and touchpoints.
• Plan and deliver medical conferences, seminars, workshops, and promotional events in close coordination with vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 2 to 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare marketing principles and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and content-writing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in office productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in the local language with basic English proficiency, both written and spoken.
