  • Review the shop drawings and compare them with the design drawings.

  • Prepare the required quantity take-offs for materials and equipment.

  • Review the project’s requirements for materials and equipment and prepare the necessary purchase requests.

  • Assist the Execution Manager in preparing the procurement plan in accordance with the project schedule.

  • Assist the Execution Manager in preparing the required equipment and manpower plan.

  • Receive materials delivered to the project in accordance with the project specifications and submit them to the Consultant for approval.

  • Monitor the execution of mechanical works to ensure they are completed within the allocated budget and to the required quality standards.

  • Hand over the completed mechanical works to the Consultant’s Engineer.
