Technical Support Engineer

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in Technical Support, IT Support, or Post-Production Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for audio and video production.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and technical issues.
• Support production teams with audio/video-related technical problems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot software and related systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams when required to resolve complex issues.

Technical Skills

The candidate should have good working knowledge of:

• Avid Pro Tools
• Cubase
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• DaVinci Resolve
• Audio & Video Technical Support
• IT Support

Required Skills

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with different teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
