We’re growing, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us.
We manage paid search and paid social campaigns for homebuilders across North America. We need someone who can build and maintain the technical backbone that makes our data trustworthy: tagging, tracking and the integrations connecting our ad platforms, CRM and reporting tools.
This is a fully remote position. You can work from anywhere in the US.
The Opportunity
This role starts with hands-on work in Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking, but it’s built to grow as our tech stack and partners do. Within your first year, expect more ownership over how our tracking setup evolves, not just tickets to close. Longer term, this could mean a bigger seat in platform decisions, a hand in shaping how we use AI and automation, or leading a small technical team if our needs keep expanding the way they have been.
Here’s the thing: we care more about how you think than what’s already on your resume. We’ll teach you the tools. What we can’t teach is the instinct to keep digging when the answer isn’t obvious.
Who You Are
You know the homebuilding world. Maybe you’ve worked for a builder, at an agency serving builders, or somewhere close by like real estate, building products or mortgage. You understand that a lead isn’t the finish line; appointments and sales are.
You’re curious enough to build things nobody asked you to. Maybe you taught yourself to code, connected two tools just to see if you could, or built a small app or automation on a weekend.
You don’t stop at “it’s broken.” You test, you check, you try again, and you’re comfortable with trial and error until you find the answer.
You’re detail oriented. A missing tag or a mismatched number bugs you until it’s fixed.
You’re excited to learn and you don’t mind saying “I don’t know yet.”
What You’ll Do
Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta, Bing and GA4
Configure server-side event tracking (like Meta’s Conversions API)
Find and fix tracking gaps and data quality issues
Build and maintain connections between client CRMs and ad platforms
Handle the technical setup for new clients and test everything before launch
Document how things are set up so the whole team can use it as a reference
Keep an eye on platform and privacy changes and flag what they mean for our clients early
What We’re Looking For
Homebuilding or adjacent industry experience (builder, agency, real estate, building products, mortgage or similar). This one is a must.
1-3 years of hands-on experience with marketing technology, analytics or something close to it
Some familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4 or ad platform tracking. If you’re not an expert yet, that’s okay; show us you can learn fast.
Experience with at least one CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce or similar). Bonus points if you’ve connected it to something else.
Any hands-on coding or integration experience, whether it’s from a job, a class or a side project you built because you were curious
Comfort juggling multiple client accounts at once
A four-year degree, or a track record that speaks for itself
