Software Engineer

We are looking for a Junior Software Engineer with around two years of hands-on experience to join our technology team. You'll own features from design through production, write code that ships to real customers, and grow quickly alongside experienced engineers in a fast-paced environment where your work has visible impact on how events are sold and attended.

Requirements

•   Around 2 years of professional software engineering experience (internships alone do not count toward this)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Solid proficiency in at least one programming language such as Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, C#, or Go

• Hands-on experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and at least one modern framework such as React, Node.js, or .NET

• Experience working with relational databases, writing SQL queries, and designing simple schemas

• Experience building or consuming RESTful APIs

• Comfortable with Git and collaborative workflows such as branching, pull requests, and code reviews

• Experience writing automated tests (unit and integration)

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a track record of shipping features to production

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English

• Self-starter who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and works well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
