As Team Lead AI Process Automation (m/f/d), you will drive AI-powered transformation across DocuWare by leading automation initiatives, enabling teams to adopt AI technologies, and ensuring measurable business impact through innovative solutions.
You will:
- Lead, mentor, and support the AI Process Automation team to drive success.
- Oversee the development, integration, and deployment of AI tools and solutions to optimize internal operations.
- Drive the adoption of automation technologies across departments and promote digital transformation.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Ensure all automation initiatives align with business strategy and organizational objectives.
- Monitor project performance and report key metrics, outcomes, and business impact to leadership.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Set, track, and review team and individual performance targets and KPIs.
- Measure and communicate automation benefits, including efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Stay up to date with AI trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing new ideas into the organization.
- Champion the value of AI process automation and drive company-wide awareness and adoption.
- Facilitate training and knowledge-sharing initiatives to strengthen AI literacy across the business.
- Ensure all solutions and processes follow ethical AI principles and guidelines.
What you need to succeed
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in IT, including proven leadership experience in a team lead or people management role.
- Hands-on expertise in AI, machine learning, and process automation technologies.
- A strong track record of delivering successful AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, including Agile and DevOps.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, enabling effective collaboration across technical and business teams.
- A passion for innovation, continuous learning, and the responsible adoption of AI technologies.
