About You
- You're a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Business/Commerce or similar
- You have over 3 years of experience in public practice
- You possess strong interpersonal communication skills
- You have experience preparing financial statements and tax returns for small to medium enterprises
- It would be a plus if you have:
- A primary production interest and/or experience
- Experience with tax planning and strategy development
- Proficiency in Xero
The Role
As a Chartered Accountant, you'll:
- Deliver financial statements, tax returns, activity statements, and interim financial statements for clients
- Develop expertise in efficient tax strategies, preparing forecasts, reporting, and advice on business structures
- Present financial performance to clients
- Review other team members' financials providing feedback on quality and efficiency
- Identify potential opportunities that Dodgshun Medlin could be assisting the clients with
- Support team training and mentoring, including transfer of technical skills and knowledge
