About the Role
HighLevel’s Commerce platform is the system of record for how our customers sell - what they offer and how it is priced, how orders get fulfilled, and how money moves: payments in, invoices out, and books that balance. It spans product information, pricing, taxes, and channels; fulfillment and inventory; and the full finance stack of payments, checkout, invoicing, and ledger - together powering commerce for a global base of agencies and businesses operating at scale.
We are seeking a Group Product Manager, Commerce, to lead product across three connected verticals - Business Operations, Fulfillment Operations, and Finance - and the team of Product Managers who own them. You will set the strategy for the end-to-end commerce lifecycle, from catalog to cash, and be accountable for the coherence, reliability, and growth of the platform as a whole.
The ideal candidate is an experienced product leader who has managed and grown other Product Managers, and who can zoom from platform strategy down to the details of a pricing engine, a fulfillment flow, or a ledger entry. You lead through your team, raise the bar on product craft, and turn a broad, interdependent surface area into a clear, sequenced roadmap.
Your mission: To build a coherent, reliable, and extensible commerce platform - spanning what customers sell, how it is fulfilled, and how they get paid - and to build the team that delivers it, so HighLevel’s customers can run their entire business on us.
What You’ll Do
Set Commerce Product Strategy - Own the vision and multi-quarter roadmap across Business Operations, Fulfillment, and Finance, translating a broad, interdependent surface area into clear, sequenced priorities.
Lead & Grow a Team of PMs - Manage, mentor, and hire Product Managers across the verticals, setting a high bar for product craft and owning their performance, development, and career growth.
Own the End-to-End Commerce Lifecycle - Be accountable for the full catalog-to-cash journey - product information and pricing, fulfillment and inventory, payments, invoicing, and ledger - as one connected system.
Drive Platform Coherence - Ensure shared contracts like the analytics engine, layouts, and reporting are designed once and reused, so the verticals compose into a single, consistent platform rather than a set of silos.
Deliver Business Operations - Guide the PIM, pricing, taxes, channel configuration, loyalty, and analytics roadmap that lets merchants define what they sell, to whom, and at what price.
Deliver Fulfillment Operations - Steer fulfillment, inventory, and the upcoming warehousing, time-clocking, and metering charters so what was sold reliably reaches the buyer.
Deliver Finance - Own the payments, checkout, invoicing, and ledger/accounting roadmap, ensuring money moves securely and the books balance across providers and external systems like QuickBooks and Xero.
Own Outcomes & Metrics - Drive measurable growth in GMV, transaction success, merchant adoption, and reliability, using data to prioritize across a large and competing set of bets.
Partner with Senior Stakeholders - Work closely with engineering, design, finance, operations, and leadership to align on strategy, resourcing, and trade-offs, and represent Commerce in company-level planning.
Balance Delivery & Long-Term Bets - Keep near-term charters shipping on time while investing in the platform foundations that compound over the next several years.
Raise the Operating Bar - Establish the rituals, specs, and quality standards - discovery, prioritization, launch, and review - that make the team predictable, fast, and outcome-driven.
Who You Are
Experienced People Leader - You have managed and grown Product Managers, and you get energy from multiplying your impact through a strong, well-run team.
Platform & Commerce Depth - You have led product across commerce, payments, fintech, or a comparable transaction-heavy platform, and understand how catalog, fulfillment, and finance fit together.
Strategic and Execution-Focused - You can define a multi-vertical strategy and still hold your teams to crisp execution, ensuring ideas translate into shipped, measurable impact.
Systems Thinker - You see the interdependencies across modules and design for coherence, reuse, and shared contracts rather than one-off solutions.
Outcome- & Customer-Centric - You balance business goals, risk, and trust, keeping the merchants who run their business on the platform at the center of every decision.
Highly Data-Driven in Ambiguity - You are comfortable prioritizing across a broad, messy portfolio, using data to make sharp trade-offs without waiting for perfect information.
What You’ll Bring
8+ years of Product Management experience, including 2+ years directly managing Product Managers, and 10+ years of total professional experience.
A track record of leading product across a large, multi-team surface area - ideally in commerce, payments, fintech, or platform/SaaS - with measurable business impact.
Proven people leadership: hiring, developing, and retaining strong PMs, and building the operating rhythm of a high-performing product team.
Strong platform and systems judgment, with the ability to reason about how pricing, fulfillment, payments, invoicing, and ledger interconnect.
Experience partnering with senior engineering, design, and business stakeholders to set strategy, secure resourcing, and drive company-level outcomes.
Bonus:
You have owned a commerce or payments platform end-to-end - from catalog to cash - at significant scale, and can clearly articulate your impact on growth, reliability, and team development.
