Payroll Coordinator
Join us as our new Payroll Coordinator
We are looking for another member to join our HR Team: a working environment consisting of highly educated, skilled, positive, innovative, and enthusiastic employees. Here you will have a broad scope of payroll tasks, follow up on membership in social security systems, and be part of a team that continuously works to improve routines and guidelines.
This position is a one-year temporary assignment with the possibility of extension.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business administration and/or economics. Experience can compensate for lack of formal education
- 3-5 years professional experience in payroll and tax matters, preferably in offshore related payroll
- System skilles in Payroll (OCS HR, Unit 4 UBW preferred)
- Experience working with collective agreements is preferred
- Enjoy working in a collaborative environment where we share our success
- You are analytical and structured
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English and Norwegian
- Ability to effectively prioritize and deliver within deadlines
- Highly service minded, enthusiastic and solution oriented
