Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled, proactive and commercially minded Full Stack Developer to own and continuously improve our websites, sales funnels, internal web tools and lead management infrastructure.

Role Overview

• The successful candidate will also use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Replit to accelerate development while maintaining sound engineering practices.
• We are looking for someone who goes beyond writing code. The ideal candidate understands how technology supports business growth and can turn campaign ideas into functional, reliable and measurable digital experiences.
• The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for building, maintaining and optimising Dokitami's digital revenue infrastructure. This includes our main website, landing pages, sales pages, assessment funnels, lead-generation systems and Dokitami Leads Platform.

Key Responsibilities
Website and Funnel Development:

• Continuously improve existing funnels based on performance data and customer feedback.
• Integrate forms, customer assessments, lead capture systems and WhatsApp conversion flows.
• Develop and maintain the company's websites, landing pages, sales pages and assessment funnels.
• Build and test multiple funnel variations for different products, audiences, campaigns and markets.
• Develop conversion-focused pages with clear calls to action, responsive layouts and fast loading speeds.

Dokitami Leads Platform:

• Work with Sales and Marketing to identify operational challenges and implement technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain the company's internal lead management platform.
• Implement and improve lead assignment, reassignment, ownership history and round-robin distribution.
• Maintain data integrity, user permissions, search, filters, pagination and administrative functionality.
• Develop reporting dashboards for sales performance, revenue, lead conversion and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain lead statuses, follow-up records, purchase tracking and salesperson attribution.

Advertising Tracking and Analytics:

• Test tracking implementations and prevent incorrect or duplicate event firing.
• Collaborate with Media Buyers to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
• Implement and maintain Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Snapchat tracking and other approved integrations.
• Ensure leads retain relevant source, funnel, campaign and advertising attribution information.
• Configure and verify conversion events and campaign attribution.

Backend, APIs and Database Management:

• Maintain frontend and backend functionality, databases, APIs, authentication and business logic.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and recovery procedures.
• Integrate third-party services and internal systems.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues affecting lead generation, sales operations and customer experience.
• Improve application performance, reliability, security and scalability.

AI-Assisted Development:

• Apply AI tools to accelerate development without compromising code quality or system security.
• Use Claude Code, Replit and other appropriate AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, refactoring, testing and documentation.
• Review, understand and test AI-generated code before deploying it to production.
• Take full responsibility for the reliability and safety of all deployed changes.

Testing, Deployment and Maintenance:

• Test functionality, forms, lead creation, tracking, WhatsApp routing and mobile responsiveness before deployment.
• Maintain backup, rollback and recovery procedures.
• Document technical changes, integrations, known limitations and deployment procedures.
• Monitor production systems and resolve bugs promptly.
• Protect company systems, customer information, credentials and source code.
• Maintain version control, organised repositories and recoverable deployments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Translate customer feedback and sales objections into improvements to websites and funnels.
• Support the launch and testing of new campaigns, offers and customer journeys.
• Communicate technical challenges clearly and recommend practical solutions.
• Work closely with the Head of Brand & Creative, Sales & Communications team, Media Buyers, Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Designers and Content team.

Work Arrangement and Communication:

• Working days are Monday through Saturday.
• Work-related messages should ordinarily receive a response within five minutes during working hours, except where circumstances reasonably prevent an immediate response.
• The developer is expected to remain reachable on Slack, Dokitami's primary internal communication platform, during working hours.
• This is a fully remote, full-time position.
• The developer must communicate technical issues promptly and follow the company's approved processes for deployments, access and production changes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Strong communication, documentation and collaboration skills.
• Experience building and maintaining websites, landing pages, forms and web applications.
• Experience with lead management systems, CRM integrations or internal business applications is an advantage.
• Knowledge of version control, deployment processes, debugging, testing and web security.
• Familiarity with advertising pixels, conversion tracking, analytics and attribution systems.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first development.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools, particularly Claude Code and Replit, or comparable tools.
• Demonstrable experience in full stack web development.
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend development, databases, APIs and web application architecture.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver within agreed timelines.

Monthly Compensation
N400,000.
