We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team in Champaign, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality products and exceptional service directly to our customers' doors. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Champaign area
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent our brand positively at every stop
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and order confirmations
• Inspect vehicle condition regularly and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle cash and card transactions securely and accurately
• Navigate using GPS and map applications to reach destinations efficiently
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status and any challenges encountered
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior at all times
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies while driving

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years of driving history
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile applications
• Ability to lift and carry packages safely
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Positive attitude and willingness to work flexible hours
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A great attitude and genuine smile are essential
