Based at 55 E GREEN ST, you'll be a key member of our operations team, playing a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our business success.   • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders to customers' homes and businesses during late night hours
  • Navigate efficiently using smartphone applications and route planning tools
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service during all interactions
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and transparently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained vehicle at all times
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies consistently
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members to coordinate deliveries
  • Assist with basic store closing duties and inventory management as needed
  • Resolve delivery issues and customer concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable personal transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work flexible late night shifts and weekends
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling
  • Proficiency with smartphone applications for navigation and order management
  • Physical capability to lift and carry orders up to 25 pounds regularly
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make sound decisions
  • Commitment to safety protocols and defensive driving practices
  • Previous experience in delivery, customer service, or transportation (preferred)
