Delivery Driver - 1900 North Belt East

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Belleville location (1900 North Belt East). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. • Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Navigate assigned routes efficiently while maintaining accurate delivery records and documentation
• Provide friendly, courteous customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring a positive brand experience
• Inspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptly
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company protocols and security procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and ensure proper product storage during transit
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concerns
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standards to ensure safe operations
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times
• Meet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company-specific standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery purposes
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent customer service and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Physical capability to safely load, unload, and handle delivery items
• Ability to navigate routes efficiently and adapt to changing delivery schedules
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery deadlines
• Knowledge of the local Belleville area is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to work collaboratively with team members
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
