Delivery Driver - 9785 Hayden Dr.

We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Mascoutah location (9785 Hayden Dr.). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the community. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, values efficiency, and enjoys building positive relationships with customers while navigating your local routes.

• Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient service and on-time arrivals
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures and delivery confirmations
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concerns
• Inspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance checks
• Safely load, unload, and handle packages with care to prevent damage
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to ensure safe driving practices
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any issues encountered
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior
• Build positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries
• Must pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record Check
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning tools
• Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveries
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
