Delivery Driver- 309A Mid Rivers Mall Drive

We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team at our St. Peters location (309A Mid Rivers Mall Drive). In this role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering packages to customers throughout the St. Peters area and surrounding regions. You will represent our organization with every interaction, ensuring that each delivery is completed on time and with exceptional customer service. This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, punctual, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

• Operate a delivery vehicle safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Plan and execute optimal delivery routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily delivery targets
• Load, unload, and transport packages of varying sizes and weights with care
• Obtain customer signatures and collect payments when required
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation and records using company systems
• Communicate professionally with customers and address any delivery-related inquiries or concerns
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Navigate using GPS and mapping systems to locate delivery addresses accurately
• Meet strict delivery schedules and time windows established by the organization
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle at all times
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to package handling and customer interactions

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience operating delivery vehicles or commercial vehicles
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping
• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of local St. Peters area roads and traffic patterns (preferred)
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or transportation services (preferred)
• Familiarity with delivery management software or route optimization tools (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends
