- Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver packages and products to customers following all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and any special delivery instruction.
- Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns.
- Assist with in-store tasks between deliveries, including organizing inventory and preparing shipments
- Represent our organization with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude in all customer interactions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance coverage
- Working smartphone with data capability for GPS and communication
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and load packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with GPS navigation and mobile delivery applications
