Team Springfield Pie (SPI) is a family-owned Domino’s franchise serving Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Wilbraham, and Ludlow. Founded in 1999 by Springfield residents Gus and Sabrina Garcia-who started as Domino’s delivery drivers-SPI is built on opportunity, hard work, and giving back to the community.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver hot, fresh Domino’s pizza to customers
  • Provide friendly customer service
  • Help in-store with simple tasks when needed
  • Work in a fast-paced, fun team environment

At SPI, your safety is our #1 priority.

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable vehicle with valid registration and insurance

(Insurance must be in your name or list you as a driver)

  • Social Security Card - eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Friendly attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Basic math skills (counting change)
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stay active during shifts
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced team environment

Availability

  • Flexible schedules available
  • Positions require nights and weekends
  • Some weekend flexibility may be discussed during the interview
