General Manager - 8346 WATSON RD

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our operations at our St. Louis location on Watson Road. As General Manager, you will be the driving force behind our store's success, overseeing all aspects of daily operations while fostering a positive, high-performing team environment. • Direct and oversee all store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
• Manage all cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and financial reporting to maintain profitability and operational efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members through effective communication, performance feedback, and recognition of achievements
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff members while fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture
• Maintain strict quality control standards for food preparation, product delivery, and customer service excellence
• Implement and monitor scheduling systems to ensure adequate staffing levels and optimal labor cost management
• Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Ensure store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and increase store profitability
