Κύριες αρμοδιότητες
- Καταχώριση τιμολογίων αγορών και εξόδων στο ERP.
- Έκδοση παραστατικών πωλήσεων και διαχείριση παραγγελιών πελατών.
- Καταχώριση τραπεζικών κινήσεων και συμφωνία λογαριασμών.
- Παρακολούθηση και συμφωνία υπολοίπων πελατών και προμηθευτών.
- Έλεγχος λογιστικών καταχωρίσεων και προετοιμασία στοιχείων ΦΠΑ.
- Συνεργασία με την οικονομική διεύθυνση και τον εξωτερικό λογιστή.
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Πτυχίο οικονομικής ή λογιστικής κατεύθυνσης.
- Τουλάχιστον 3 έτη εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση ERP, ιδανικά SoftOne.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Excel και MS Office.
- Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών.
- Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης καθημερινών εκκρεμοτήτων.
