DontBlink is looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes short-form. Someone who can turn an idea into a video that actually gets watched.
What you'll actually do:
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Shorts that's actually built to spread
- Stay ahead of trends, sounds, and formats before they're everywhere
- Work with our strategists so every piece hits the client's actual goal, not just look good.
- Look at what's working and what's not, then adjust. Fast
- Keep coming up with ideas and executing fast.
What you need:
- Real experience creating short-form content, short-form especially
- You actually understand social media platforms, not just "I scroll a lot"
- You can research, brainstorm, and turn it into a real idea, not just copy trends
- Basic editing skills (CapCut or similar) are a plus ++
