Create an Impact:
- Support daily ground operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient drone deliveries.
- Pick up orders from merchants and prepare them carefully for delivery-every detail matters.
- Share feedback and ideas to help improve processes and strengthen reliability.
- Be a visible, professional presence in the community-answering questions and helping build awareness and trust in drone delivery.
- Stay adaptable and dependable in a fast-moving environment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with teammates to keep operations running smoothly.
- Communicate clearly and support a team culture built on accountability and respect.
- Build positive relationships with merchants and local partners.
Communication:
- Represent the program with professionalism in every interaction.
- Engage with customers, merchants, and community members in a friendly, informed, and respectful way.
- Share on-the-ground observations that help improve the service and strengthen community adoption.
