Sr, Manager Technical Product Owner - AI Products
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of AI-powered products from concept through launch. This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and stakeholder management, requiring someone who can translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements while driving cross-functional teams toward successful outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency in AI/ML concepts with proven product ownership discipline and exceptional communication skills.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Requirements & Strategy Partner with business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into clear product specifications. Develop and maintain product strategy and vision aligned with organizational goals, ensuring AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.
- Backlog & Execution Management Create, prioritize, and manage detailed Jira epics, stories, and acceptance criteria that development teams can execute efficiently. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews to maintain delivery momentum.
- Product Road Mapping Build and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps that balance short-term delivery commitments with long-term strategic vision. Communicate roadmap priorities and trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
- Documentation & Analysis Develop utilization matrices and adoption metrics to track feature usage, identify gaps, and inform prioritization decisions. Prepare release notes, product documentation, and training materials that support successful feature adoption.
- Change Management & Enablement Design and execute rollout plans for new AI capabilities, including stakeholder socialization strategies, training programs, and change management approaches that drive user adoption and minimize disruption.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, data science, design, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management, or related technical role, with demonstrated ownership of product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Experience creating and managing Jira stories, epics, and backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience and familiarity with AI tools and platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant product ownership experience, ideally within AI/ML product organizations
- Proven experience building product roadmaps, releasing documentation, and rollout/training materials
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders including executives, technical teams, and end users
- Strong analytical skills with experience building utilization matrices or similar data-driven prioritization tools
- Ability to translate ambiguous or complex technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Product Owner certification, or equivalent
- Direct experience deploying or managing agentic AI systems, LLM-based applications, or intelligent automation platforms
- Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, or similar) with understanding of compliance considerations in AI product development
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and enterprise training program design
Anticipated Posting End Date:
2026-09-04Base Pay Range: $146,000/yr - $207,000/yrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
