Webflow Web Developer - DotYeti
Important Note: This position operates within the Manila, Philippines time zone (4 PM - 12 MN PHT). Flexibility with working hours is essential.
At DotYeti, we believe great design should feel as good to make as it does to look at. We're a fully remote creative team helping businesses bring their ideas to life. Everything we make starts with two things: artistry in every detail and excellence in every delivery. The rest comes naturally: joy in the work, growth for everyone, and a team that has each other's backs.
What you'll do:
- Creative Craft: Develop pixel-perfect Webflow sites, custom animations, dynamic CMS structures, and interactive landing pages built from Figma designs, crafted with real technical artistry and the kind of detail people notice.
- Quality & Delivery: Deliver responsive, accessible, and SEO-optimized Webflow builds with clean custom code (HTML/CSS/JS) that are polished, on-brand, and on time. You hold your technical output to a high bar before anyone else has to.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to turn briefs into seamless digital web experiences, share feedback openly, and keep projects moving (and fun).
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot cross-browser layout bugs, optimize site performance and loading speeds, and fix third-party tool integrations, finding fixes that last, not just quick patches.
- Learning & Tools: Explore new tools, AI workflows, and techniques that help the team create better work.
Our ideal candidate:
- Has 4+ years of experience in front-end web development or Webflow-specific development.
- Is highly proficient in Webflow, including CMS structures, interactions, and custom code embeds.
- Has experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom functionalities and fine-tuning designs.
- Familiar with cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Has worked with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify and understands headless CMS integrations.
- Has a great eye and cares how things look, feel, and work, not just whether they're finished.
- Takes pride in the details and doesn't call it done until it's right.
- Is naturally curious, always tinkering with a new tool, trick, or technique.
- Communicates clearly, offers help, asks for it, and celebrates wins with the team.
Bonus Points for:
- Previous startup and/or design agency experience.
- Experience handling design requests for MSMEs, large corporations, and entrepreneurial initiatives.
What We Offer:
- Fully Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment in an independent contractor setup.
- Paid Time Off & Benefits: Generous paid time off, mental health leave, and comprehensive health coverage.
- Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary with yearly performance-based raises.
- Equipment Allowance: Allowance provided to equip your home office.
- Professional Growth: Opportunity to grow with a talented and collaborative team.
How we hire:
- Let's get to know each other. A relaxed first chat about how you work, how you communicate, and what makes work fun for you.
- Show us your craft. This is the big one. A practical assessment where we look at your creativity, your attention to detail, and the polish of the final result.
- Final interview. We'll talk through your work, how you tackle problems, and where you want to grow next.
- Job offer!
