About you and this role

Owns a portfolio of solutions and systems (applications) and manages its lifecycle - analysis, design, implementation/adoption, optimization, and end-of-life retirement of digital solutions, delivering advanced functional and business capabilities. Works hand-in-handwith a multi-disciplinary IT expert team (analysts/designers/developers/support) to deliver innovative digital solutions. Orchestrates functional and technical requirements analysis - with emphasis on experience, simplification, automation, efficiency, reliability. Oversees the development, optimization, implementationand adoption of solutions leveragingbest-in-class mobile, web, desktop, cloudtechnologies. Identifiesopportunities for innovating with digital capabilities aiming to accelerate Dow’s digital transformation. The role is for Navi Mumbai office,

Responsibilities

• Requirements Analysis - Explores, analyzes, maps business and function requirements.

• Experience Mapping - Maps user journeys, user experience, user stories (user features) to facilitateemployee experience (EX) / customer experience (CX) transformation.

• IT Solution/Application/System - owns/drives the full solution lifecycle, including functional / technical design - solution architecture, buy vs make decisions - integration of third-party off-the-shelf software, develops / integrates / tests / builds solutions - with ability to operate in both waterfall and agile environment ,ensures compliance to corporate standards, architecture guidelines, and information security policies.

• Supports implementation and user adoption.

• Support - Selects and defines supplier and team support models.

• Performance - Defines controls, measures and KPIs for solution performance and reliability.

• End-to-End Integration - Coordinates with other Managers for end-to-end process optimization and integration.

• Roadmaps - Defines a solution(s) portfolio improvement and innovation roadmap with proper sequencing and prioritization of projects; Help assess resource, technology, investment needed in delivering against the roadmap.

• Solution Expertise - supports and fostera community of solution experts and acts as a thought leader in his/her domain.

• Assistwith workload analysis for teamto ensure proper resource alignment for capacity planning.

• Assistswith financial managementby managing solutionlifecycle costs.

• Works with stakeholders to understand and enable MA&D activities, as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT discipline withminimum of8years of relevant experience.

YourSkills

• Strong experience is expected in SAP-SD (minimum 5 years),good experienceon cross functional experience is appreciated. Also, cross-functional modules experience asintegrationpointwith MM and FI are also important.

• Strong experience on Intercompany and Indirect Taxareappreciated.

• Familiarity with accounts receivable, invoicing, credit management, and tax business processes.

• Familiarity with e-government/e-invoicing solutions like SAP Document & Reporting Compliance (DRC), Sovos, or equivalent platforms.

• Familiarity with design and configuration of SAP ERP (FI/CO, AR, SD billing modules), and/or OneSource technology platforms.

• Familiarity with system integrations, data management, and troubleshooting complex application issues.
