About you and this role

Asan Implementation Analyst (IT Analyst),you will support end-to-end implementations anddeployments acrosssoftware, infrastructure, digital transformation, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects. You will help deliverprojects on time, within budget, and with smooth organizational adoption. Aspart of an implementation team, you will applygeneral Information Systemsknowledge,typically gainedthrough formal education, to design, develop, and supportimplementation activities, includinginfrastructure provisioning, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover,and hypercareto meet business needs and requirements.

You willapplyestablished procedures and practicesto analyze and resolve issues.You will be accountable for assigned contributionswithoutdirect supervisory responsibilities. Your work primarilyaffectsyour own responsibilitiesand may also influencebroaderteamoutcomes.You will also be expectedto followestablished processesto achieve objectivesand meet deadlines.

This rolerequiresconceptual knowledge of relevant theories, practices, and procedures, along with general business knowledge gainedthrough education or prior experience inyour discipline and functional area. You should be ableto exchange basicinformation clearlyand ask questions to confirmunderstanding.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and analyzes business requirements for assigned functional and technical areas.

• Works closely with business process teams, technical teamsand other stakeholders to design and build objects which meet requirements.

• Documents detailed designsof solutions.

• Good understanding & practical exposure to System Configuration, Data Analysis & Migrationand Quality Assurance & Testing.

• Assistswith defect management & issue resolution.

• Designing training materials and conducting workshops to educate end-users on product features, ensuring smoothadoption.

• Helps ensure that functional and technical designs meet business requirements, conform to Dow architecture standards, and optimizeproductivity and long-term product/system vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelordegree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and build consensus.

YourSkills

• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze error trends, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend effective long-term fixes.

• Communication: Exceptional capability to translate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business users.

• Technical Proficiency: Goodunderstanding of IT Infrastructure, operating systems, networking, integrations, application development etc..

• Project Management: Ability to coordinate software implementations, upgrades, and testing phases with minimal supervision.
