Zur Verstärkung unseres Instandhaltungsteams am Standort Bitterfeld suchen wir eine:n Anlagenelektriker:in.

In dieser Position leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur sicheren, zuverlässigen und effizienten Verfügbarkeit unserer Produktionsanlagen. Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team übernehmen Sie die Wartung, Instandhaltung und Störungsbehebung von Anlagen der Nieder- und Mittelspannungstechnik und sorgen dafür, dass unsere Anlagen jederzeit den hohen Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards entsprechen.

Sie arbeiten nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben, technischen Normen sowie etablierten betrieblichen Prozessen und tragen aktiv zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Betriebssicherheit bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung, Dokumentation und Auswertung von Wartungs-, Prüf-, Parametrier- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an elektrischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln.
• Analyse und Behebung von Störungen an Elektro-, Mess-, Regelungs- und Automatisierungseinrichtungen (EMR-Technik).
• Prüfung, Kalibrierung und Instandhaltung von Messmitteln sowie Schutz- und Sicherheitseinrichtungen.
• Sicherstellung der Anlagenfreigabe und Durchführung notwendiger Sicherheitsmaßnahmen vor Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten.
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Modernisierung elektrischer und automatisierungstechnischer Systeme.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktions-, Instandhaltungs- und Engineering-Teams zur Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien Anlagenbetriebs.
• Teilnahme an der Rufbereitschaft zur Störungsbeseitigung außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeit.

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einer elektrotechnischen Fachrichtung, beispielsweise als Elektroniker:in für Betriebstechnik, Industrieelektriker:in oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Elektro-, Mess- und Regelungstechnik in einem industriellen Umfeld, bevorzugt in der Chemieindustrie.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis für mechanische und automatisierungstechnische Zusammenhänge.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen, Schaltplänen und Wartungssystemen.
• Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften.

Wünschenswerte Zusatzqualifikationen

• Kenntnisse im Bereich speicherprogrammierbarer Steuerungen (SPS).
• Erfahrung mit Prozessanalysen- und Prozessleittechnik.
• Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und industrieller Kommunikation.

Fähigkeiten

• Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis sowie analytische und lösungsorientierte Denkweise.
• Fähigkeit, Fehler in komplexen technischen Systemen systematisch zu analysieren und nachhaltig zu beheben.
• Hohe Sicherheitsorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
• Gute Kenntnisse moderner Automatisierungs- und Digitalisierungstechnologien.
• Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit Fokus auf Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit.
• Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, bereichsübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten.
• Eigeninitiative und kontinuierliche Verbesserungsorientierung.
