About you and this role

As anImplementation(Senior IT Analyst),you will support end-to-end implementations anddeployments acrosssoftware, infrastructure, digital transformation, and mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture projects. You will help ensure initiativesare delivered on time, within budget, and adopted smoothlyby the organization. Working as part of an implementation team,you will managethe deployment of complex software or technical solutions for enterprise clients. Key responsibilitiesinclude leading implementation projects, configuring systems, managing data migration, directingtesting activities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and training users to enable a seamless transition and fastertime-to-value.

You are responsible forapplyingtechnical expertise, establishedbest practices, and sound judgmentto analyze and resolve problems. Your performance directly influencesthe quality of your work and your team’s outcomesand requires adherence to establishedguidelines and policies.

Thisrolerequires anunderstanding of the key business drivers withinyour discipline and function, along with the abilityto expand both conceptual and practicalknowledge inyour areaof expertise.You are expected to provideinformal guidance to new team members and clearlyexplain complex information to..

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Drive or support end-to-end enterprise infrastructure or software deployments from kickoff to launch.

• Configure Technical Solutions: Sets up advanced platform capabilities, including integrations, security requirements, data mapping, and configurationstailored to client needs.

• Data Migration: Oversee the secure extraction, transformation, and loading of client data.

• Manage Enterprise Clients: Act as the primary technical advisor for high-value corporate stakeholders.

• Quality Assurance & Troubleshooting: Leads product test and user acceptance testing (UAT), identifiesroot causes for integration defects, and resolves production blockers.

• Stakeholder Management: Communicates project status, timelines, and potential roadblocks to both internal executives and client stakeholders.

• Standardize Operational Playbooks: Build reusable implementation templates to accelerate customer time-to-value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in IT discipline preferred or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts and build consensus.
• Good to have experience into HP ALM.

• Analytical & Problem -Solving:Ability to analyze error trends, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend effective long-term fixes.

• Communication: Exceptional capability to translate highly technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business users.

• Technical Proficiency: Excellentunderstanding & practical knowledge of IT Infrastructure, operating systems, networking, integrations, application development etc..

• Project Management: Ability to coordinate software implementations, upgrades, and testing phases with minimal supervision.
