We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Infrastructure Management. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in project management, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex infrastructure projects. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and delivering high quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary to mitigate risks and address issues.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies in all project activities.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the infrastructure management domain.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2).
• Proven experience in managing large scale infrastructure projects, including data centers, network infrastructure, and cloud solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management practices.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in infrastructure management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on infrastructure management.
• Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies and their application in business environments.
