Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage projects focused on Tableau, SQL, and Databricks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and analytics, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage cross functional teams and ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Tableau, SQL, and Databricks projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop detailed project plans.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
• Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Conduct post project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices for future projects.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expertise in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with Databricks and its integration with data analytics workflows.
• Proven project management experience with a focus on data driven projects.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms and data engineering concepts.
• Knowledge of additional data visualization tools and technologies.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on data analytics and visualization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of data analytics processes and methodologies.
