Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner with a strong background in IFS Cloud to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the vision of the product, prioritizing the backlog, and ensuring that the development team delivers high quality solutions that meet customer needs. The Product Owner will act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that the product aligns with business objectives and delivers maximum value.

Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders and team members.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to deliver high quality products.
• Gather and analyze feedback from stakeholders and users to inform product decisions and enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement.
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement in the development process.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all product related inquiries and updates.
• Ensure that the development team understands the product requirements and user stories.
• Monitor product performance and user engagement metrics to drive data informed decisions.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience with IFS Cloud.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.
• Excellent understanding of product management principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, team oriented environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other cloud based ERP solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of experience in product management or related roles.
• Relevant certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) are a plus.
