Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Administrator to design, develop, and maintain label templates using Loftware/NiceLabel solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP integrations and a deep understanding of labeling requirements across various business functions. This role requires collaboration with business users and technical teams to ensure effective labeling solutions that meet compliance and operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain label templates using Loftware/NiceLabel solutions.
• Configure and support Loftware integrations with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective labeling solutions.
• Manage barcode, RFID, product, shipping, and compliance labeling requirements.
• Configure printers and troubleshoot label printing issues.
• Support SAP driven label printing processes across MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, and QM modules.
• Develop and maintain label data mappings and print workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, SAP functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Perform testing, UAT support, and production deployments.

Mandatory Skills

• Extensive experience with SAP ECC, specifically in Global Label Management Functional.
• Proficiency in Loftware/NiceLabel solutions.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules including MM, PP, SD, WM/EWM, and QM.
• Experience in managing labeling requirements for compliance and operational processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot printer and label printing issues effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RFID technology and its application in labeling.
• Familiarity with data mapping and print workflow development.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of relevant experience in product administration and label management.
• Proven track record of successful project management and delivery.
