Electrical Site Supervisor
The opportunity
If you're an experienced Electrical Supervisor, chances are you've spent years building substations, managing outages and leading crews through complex HV projects.

We're looking for an Electrical Supervisor to take the lead on major HV substation and transmission projects, working alongside experienced project teams to deliver infrastructure that will support Australia's growing energy network.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being on site, making decisions, leading from the front and taking ownership of outcomes. What you'll do
- Lead HV construction activities from mobilisation through to commissioning
- Manage subcontractors and delivery teams to keep projects safe, productive and on schedule
- Coordinate outages, resources, materials and site access requirements
- Review drawings, scopes and construction packages before works commence
- Support testing, commissioning and energisation activities
- Solve issues in real time and keep projects moving forward
- Work closely with clients, engineers and project stakeholders
- Create a site culture built on safety, accountability and quality

What we're looking for
- Electrical trade qualification, Electrical Contractors Licence or relevant engineering background
- Experience supervising HV substation, transmission or utility infrastructure projects
- Strong understanding of secondary systems and protection schemes
- Experience working within live operational environments
- Outage planning and coordination experience
- Proven ability to lead contractors and site-based delivery teams
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and construction documentation
- Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Commitment to safety, quality and delivering work right first time
