We currently have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Coordinator. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in supporting quality assurance, compliance and audit activities across the Homes NSW contract. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with operational teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to address outstanding actions and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate registers and quality records across SharePoint, WMS and approved business systems, applying document control requirements.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports, while maintaining KPI, audit, compliance and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor audit outcomes, non-conformances, corrective actions and remediation activities through to closure, escalating overdue items as required.
  • Coordinate quality assurance and compliance activities, including internal and external audit schedules, documentation and evidence packs.

What You’ll Bring

  • A certificate or diploma in business administration, quality, compliance or a related discipline is desirable; audit or quality management training is also desirable.
  • High attention to detail, sound document control practices, and the ability to interpret information, identify gaps and prepare concise reports.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, with strong capability in Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining registers, records and reporting systems while coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
  • Experience in a quality, compliance, audit, governance or coordination role, with strong planning and follow-through.

More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
