Associate Product Manager

As our Associate Product Manager, you will be part of Dozee’s Product - Transition Care - Product Management team, owning Product Strategy & Vision, User Research & Problem Discovery and Product Execution & Delivery. It is a high-ownership role for someone who brings structure, quality and pace to everything they deliver, and who wants to help save lives with Health AI.

Responsibilities

• Understand product vision, customer problem, and roadmap fundamentals while supporting planning activities.
• Participate in customer interviews, surveys, and requirement gathering under guidance.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, documentation, and release activities.
• Track basic product KPIs and understand success metrics.
• Understand product lifecycle and basic value proposition concepts.
• Understand feature prioritization and sprint planning concepts.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• Demonstrate curiosity about customer problems, understand user needs, and contribute to building customer-focused solutions.
• Communicate clearly with team members, documents work effectively, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Use structured thinking to analyze problems, interpret available information, and make informed decisions with guidance.
• Take responsibility for assigned work, meets commitments, follow through on deliverables, and seeks support when required.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn, accepts feedback positively, collaborate effectively with peers, and continuously improve skills.
