岗位职责 / Responsibilities

在AI for Science领域构建机器学习/AI的落地解决方案，对接大型头部企业研发需求，利用AI或者大模型解决各类型商业垂直场景的分子设计、配方工艺设计等等核心需求，真正让AI4S落地。

任职要求 / Requirements

1.有一定的领域背景和工程经验，包括不限于生物、化学、材料、能源、计算机应用等等相关专业;

2.有AI或者机器学习相关实际落地经验，包括且不限于大模型工程、深度学习、数据分析、特征工程等;

3.熟悉数据库、脚本语言的使用，熟练掌握numpy、pandas、matplotlib等数据处理库，熟悉常见的机器学习、深度学习框架，例如sklearn,lightgbm,pytorch等;

4.夯实的代码基础，较强的学习能力，热爱钻研。

加分项：

1.有过ACM/ICPC竞赛，或Kaggle、天池竞赛获奖经验优先;

2.有全栈开发经验优先;

3.有github开源项目、AI结合领域应用相关文章优先。
